Victor Tkachenko is a Ukrainian-born painter now based in Canada. His acrylic paintings feature bold patterns, elongated strokes and geometric shapes with which he creates mysterious and melancholic compositions. He sometimes enhances his paintings with ink, industrial materials such as varnish or plaster to add texture.
